It is possible to transfer data from your current device to a new one.
Follow the steps below to create and input a transfer code.
(1) Create a transfer code on your current device.
1. Tap the Menu button in the upper-right corner of the Home screen.
2. Tap Settings.
3. On the Settings screen, tap "Create Transfer Code".
4. Enter a 4-character password, and then tap "Create Code".
5. Make a note of the transfer code and keep it safe.
- Transfer codes are only valid for a limited time.
- Performing these steps again will create a new transfer code.
(2) Input the transfer code on your new device.
1. Tap the "Settings" icon on the bottom-right of the Start screen.
2. Select "Transfer Data".
3. Input the transfer code and password that you created in (1), and then tap "Transfer Data".
- Only the most recent transfer code that you have created can be used.
- Store the transfer code safely so that you do not lose it.
- Do not tell or give your transfer code to anyone else.
■Important notes
-All data associated with the account will be transferred.
Please note that when you transfer between operating systems (e.g., iOS to Android or Android to iOS), your PRM Stars and Bonus Stars will not be transferred.
If you transfer your account to a different operating system, your Stars will reset to zero.
Please use them before transferring your account.
-It is not possible to exchange or transfer data between two devices.
Once the transfer is complete, the transfer code issued beforehand will be invalidated on the device to which the transfer was made.
