If you cannot complete a purchase due to a cancellation or error, please check the following possible causes.
- Functional restrictions
- Payment information
Credit card/carrier payment limits or usage restrictions
Insufficient iTunes Card/Google Play Card balance
- Charge amount
Trying to charge more than a certain amount over a short period of time can sometimes cause the following message to be displayed: "Your purchase could not be completed. For assistance, contact iTunes support." When this happens, in order to remove the restriction you will need to contact iTunes support as stated in the message.
- Close all open apps, then reopen only Purenista, and try again.
- Check to see if you can make purchases in other apps. (You do not actually need to complete the purchase in order to check this. If a pre-purchase confirmation message appears, then purchases are working correctly.)
If you cannot make purchases in other apps either, the issue is likely being caused by either functional restrictions or payment information. Please contact your credit card company or network carrier.
