Changing the gender of your character will cause only items for the selected gender to appear.
In some cases, even hats or other items with the same appearance are linked to gender.
Please change gender and check your item list again.
Please also note that Art Items do not appear in the "Character Creation" item list. Tap "Purenista Mark", and then check your Items list.
