Follow the steps below and try deleting and then reinstalling the application.

② Select "Apps & Notifications."
③ Select "App Info."
④ Click on the "︙(Menu)" icon in the top right of the screen.
⑤ From the menu select "Display System."
⑥ Select "Purenista" or "Purenista M."
⑦ Select "Storage & Cache."
⑧ Select "Clear Storage" or "Clear Cache."
⑨ Select "Delete All Data."
⑩ Click "OK” on the confirmation screen to complete the protocol.

■About Player Data
Player data is connected to the device, so even if the application is deleted, it is designed to remain on the device. Even if you clear the storage or cache for the Purenista app, the in-app player data will not be deleted.
※In the event that player data is indeed deleted, we perform data recovery upon investigation.
