If you get the message, "There are pending payments that have not been completed." There may still be incomplete procedures for payment at convenience stores/payment for family use.
■ What you need to check
1. Check for pending payments from the Google Play Store. If you have a pending payment, please pay it or cancel the purchase using the “Cancel” button.
※From the Play Store menu, go to “Payments and Subscriptions” and then [Budget and History].
2."Family Link" If you are using a "Payment methods for family" or similar, please check that the relevant payment is not in the process of approval.
If you have not been approved, please approve or cancel your request.
※ If your child is using an “Android” device and the parent/guardian is using an “iOS” device, please set up the payment method in the Family Link app and use the"Direct Request" authorization method when setting up the Family Link/Family Link payment method, etc.
