If a network error occurs and prevents a Scene from saving, please try following the steps below.
(1) Try again in a location with a stronger network connection
Any of the following may cause an unstable connection.
- An enclosed indoor or underground location (subways, etc.)
- Moving at high speeds (inside a train or automobile, etc.)
- Beneath high-voltage cables
- Using free Wi-Fi
(2) Clear the cache

(3) Reinstall the app
It is possible that item image data has not been loaded correctly. Please uninstall the app from your device, and then reinstall it via the App Store. (Reinstalling the app will not delete your Play Data as long as you are using the same device.)
